We take great pride in providing high quality service that is punctual and pristine. All our primary modes of transport are late model vehicles which feature genuine leather upholstery, all the modifications and comforts you could dream of. With models like Mercedes and Lexus we are certain you will be satisfied with the options we have available. All our vehicles feature genuine leather upholstery, comfortable airconditioning, and water bottles are available to all our esteemed guests whilst on tour.
Payment is processed at our office. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, or Amex for all our services. For clients who wish to create ongoing bookings for regular trips we are happy to set up monthly accounts. The Caprice Cars difference is about making things as stress free for you as possible.
History of Caprice Cars
Established in 2007, now run and owned by husband and wife team Jeff and Ilona Reid, Caprice Cars was a dream project for the couple. They wanted to change direction in their lives and start a business that filled a gap in South Australia’s rich community which provides a professional, discreet, high quality service that could service the needs of corporate South Australia in all their business needs.
Building their experience and team from the ground up, the couple have gone on to win numerous awards in SA as some of the best chauffeurs within the industry. With nearly 20 years of experience, high quality vehicles including Mercedes, Chrysler, Lexus and Genesis you will be experiencing a premium service like no other with the Caprice Cars difference.
Our years of experience have also taught us that family is everything, and we began introducing baby, toddler, and children’s seats as an add-on with all our packages. Caprice Cars aren’t just for the business man and woman, but for the business family.

We were picked up on time at the airport and returned on time later in the afternoon for a flight back to Melbourne.
Our chauffeur Paul was a delight, our trip was an hour’s drive each way to Keitpo and he was only too happy to answer all our questions as we were not familiar with the area.
The Lexus was beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed being chauffeured by Caprice.
Darrell from Caprice Cars,met us in the terminal - escorted us to the car and really looked after us. With their local knowledge, we were taken to a lovely cafe for breakfast and then onto The Lane Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills for a tasting with matching food. We had a great day and made it back to the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight. Highly recommended.
Paul, our driver, was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the day he was helpful, friendly, informative and took wonderful care of us during our many many wine stops! Without a doubt he added to our whole experience and made us so glad we had opted to do a tour this way.

Weather is shining and a last minute booking to the vineyards was a must. Ilona and Andrew went over and beyond to help us make our last day in South Australia good.
From the moment I spoke to Ilona, nothing was a problem and she was more than accommodating.

We used caprice for our trip to McLaren Vale celebrating my husbands 30th birthday and we couldn’t of asked for a better trip!! We booked Caprice Cars for a private tour of Barossa Valley and we were so incredibly happy with how well we were treated by Jeff that we cancelled our other driver and booked him for a second tour of McLlaren Vale. We hadn’t had an opportunity to book much in, but Jeff made sure we were able to get into a few good wineries, see some beautiful sights and try some delicious food. He made our trip so incredibly memorable and fun. And when the histamines were too much, he whipped out a packet of zyrtec to keep the party going 😂 Jeff was the best tour guide we could have asked for and we’ll certainly be using Caprice Cars next time we’re heading down that way!

Jeffrey took us on an excellent tour of the Adelaide Hills wine country. The three vineyards we visited were scenic as well as the wine being tasty. Lunch in Hahndorf was lovely. Jeffrey did an excellent job of selecting the stops we made during our day with him and sharing his knowledge of Adelaide and the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend him to any one wanting a local tour guide for the day while in Adelaide.
